Research Interests:

I have performed my M.Sc. thesis on fatigue life estimation of aircraft fuselage lap joint structures by considering different parameters that affect riveting process, their optimization and consequently fatigue crack life estimation. My ongoing research field is about fatigue and fracture and mechanical strength of adhesive and hybrid joints (metal-metal bolted/adhesive and metal-composite bolted joints) and considering different aspects in modeling and experimental testing, my other favorite research area in the field of fatigue and fracture are as follows:

fracture in metal-nano composite lap joints

fracture in metal-self healing composite lap joints

temperature and moisture effects on bolted/adhesive joints
